Many people don’t realize the importance of first meeting with your photographer. In fact, the more your photographers get to know about you, the pictures will turn out closer than your expectation. Every individual is unique and therefore, it is the photosphere’ responsibilities to present your own personalities through your photos.
To meet with your wedding photographers and cinematographers is the first step and the most essential part throughout the wedding shooting process. Most of the wedding photo studios in the industry will arrange the meeting prior the shooting so they can have some ideas on the location, theme, and apparel that goes along etc. For instance, A.Vision Studios will have lists of questions prepared before the meeting and these questions will let the crew know what to expect for your project. All of the questions are very simple so you don’t need to worry about doing preparation ahead of time. Some sample questions would be: Where is your wedding venue? What is the wedding schedule you are planning to have? What is the main wedding color scheme/ theme for your wedding? In addition, there are some questions that is more personal and might even relate to your relationship. We don’t want you to feel stressed out during the conversation so just stop us or simply say pass at any point. The purpose of the conversation is getting to know each other for both parties so just take it easy, and meet our wonderful crew whenever you are ready.
The shooting crew will arrange the shooting plan depends on your needs, therefore, we would love to communicate with you as much as we can. For example, if you plan to have your wedding ceremony and reception at the same location but one at noon, the other in the evening. In this situation, our crew may suggest you to add an engagement session between the two events and make your big day more fulfilled. This is just one of the situations that might occur during your big day, and our experienced photographers and cinematographers will always have a backup plan ready for you. We are always there for the unexpected conditions and make sure you have the perfect wedding day! We would capture every beautiful moment on your wedding, and have more awesome shooting spots for you to create more memories around the venue.
At the end of the day, we ask you to please let us know if there is doubt and concerns about the shooting flow or even during the process. Don’t be afraid tell your wedding photographers to pay more attention to details that you care the most. Don’t forget to let us know what is your favorite music so we can use that as your video sound track!
We are hoping to meet you in person soon, and thanks for choosing us to share one of your most important memories in life. Feel free to contact us via email at email@example.com or call us at 416-873-999.
