The wedding of Sandy and Michael took place on Sat, June 4, 2016, at the Berkeley Field House in Toronto. It was a warm and sunny day when Sandy and Michael exchanged vows in a beautiful ceremony in front of hundreds of guests in Toronto!
A.Vision Studios captured the many splendid moments throughout the day from the wee hours when the sun rose till the very end of the night when the celebration had ended. Both bride and groom had waited for this moment for a very long time and the day had finally arrived when they could look deep into each other’s eyes and declare their love for one another in front of all their family and friends!
Sandy looked absolutely gorgeous in her long, white satin gown and floral hairpiece and the fancy Jimmy Choos she wore added a touch of class and elegance! Michael looked dashingly handsome in his three piece navy blue tux and Burberry cufflinks. They had their photos taken at Toronto’s Centre Island against a beautiful scenic view of the bright blue lake and lots of greenery!
The wedding ceremony took place outdoors underneath a tent and had a very vintage, rustic theme. A second ceremony took place and had a more Asian theme with Chinese lanterns, bamboo sticks with water lilies, delicious macarons with the Chinese symbol ‘double happiness’ inscribed in each one and a traditional Chinese tea ceremony! A photo booth was added so guests were able to have some fun and interact with one another dressing up in silly costumes and making goofy faces in photos!Sandy wore a beautiful red dress to the reception (red signifying ‘good luck’ in Chinese culture).
Everyone cheered as the bride and groom made their entrance into the reception hall holding out Chinese firecrackers to salute the happy couple! The video ends with #teamchennedy which is a combination of both the bride and groom’s last names. Sandy and Michael thought of the idea of combining their last names with a hashtag so their loved ones can view their photos on social media!
Social media has become an abundant part of life in the digital age! Couples can now share photos of their special day on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. Many future brides and grooms in the process of planning their weddings can easily view wedding photo albums online and learn the dos and donts of wedding planning! It saves people a lot of money and time to just scroll through photos to help them choose the perfect dress, venue, photographer etc!
Sandy and Michael definitely made sure the perfect moments of their day were captured on film and video to be viewed by many who follow them online! All in all, it was a beautiful day in Toronto at the Berkeley Field House where the happy couple exchanged vows in front of all their loved ones!
