There isn’t much more romantic than a winery wedding. Surrounded by rows of vines, lush greenery and beautiful architecture Willow Springs Winery is the perfect wedding venue. We were very excited when J&J shared with us their plan to get married there! They had been planning their wedding for a year, with the help of a good friend who was serving as their wedding planner.
The week leading up to the wedding was very rainy. This would make any bride planning an outdoor ceremony nervous, but Willow Springs and I arranged to have a meeting with Janny on site to create an alternate plan in case of rain. When you are looking for a venue, finding one with excellent customer service is very important. I was impressed with how much attention to Janny’s needs was provided by their team.
Having a wedding planner is a luxury, but I know that not every couple can add this into their budget, so I am always available to answer questions and help you troubleshoot any issues that arrive as your plan your wedding. As your photographer, I have a vested interest in ensuring you have the wedding of your dreams. A happy bride means beautiful photos! I want every photo I take to reflect the joy you feel on your wedding day!
Part of the plan for a rainy day wedding was to purchase some cute umbrellas and an adorable overcoat. I was almost sad to see the sun peeping out from the rain clouds, knowing that we weren’t going to get to use them! The day ended up with lovely cloud cover, making for beautifully lit photos the entire day. Our extra planning and preparations eased the stress for J&J making this one of the most special weddings we photographed!
Take a peek at some of my favorite moments from their day!
