2. The Initial Consult
Once you have settled an appointment with the wedding photographer, it’s time to get a deeper feeling of the crew. We would provide you our past wedding photography and cinematography, in presents. By the meeting, you would have a comprehensive conversation about the price and process of working with our photographers and cinematographers. You are more than welcome to ask questions until satisfied, and get a sample pricelist, in order to look over the terms in comparison to others.
This is also the time for the wedding photographer to learn about you and your wedding. They should be asking questions about the schedule, ceremony and reception style, length, extras like engagement shoots and video packages, etc. The more information exchanged, the better shooting plan would be!

At this point, you’ll have chosen your wedding photographer and cinematographer. Now you’re ready to sign the contract. As the industry standard, a 30% non-refundable deposit is needed once signing the contract. 4. The Engagement Shoot
At this time, A.Vision Studios will get in touch with you to schedule a date and location for the engagement session, based on our agreement. We would discuss ideas for the shoot and confirm all the details beforehand, to make sure that you could thoroughly enjoy the day of. After the shoot, you’ll schedule a viewing session either in person or virtually, settling on photos and products. Our photographer would have mock-ups pre-designed for you to peruse. Before the wedding day, your order would be delivered by your hand.

5. The Wedding
In preparation for the day of, the crew of A.Vision Studios would reach out to schedule a meeting one or two weeks in advance. Here you’ll discuss with your wedding photographers and cinematographers about the must-have shots, your vision for the portraits, and the schedule of the day. This is also when you’ll discuss what pictures you want in regards to family and wedding party arrangements. Generally, you’ll have a worksheet listing options to settle upon beforehand; this is so there is documentation to reference amidst the hectic rearrangement of stray family members.
The crew of A.Vision Studios will attend the rehearsal and utilize this time fully. We do not only need to get a sense of the space to decide where they’ll set up, but also want to reach out to attendees who will be in staged sessions, ensuring they know where to be.
The day of the wedding, everything would be shot as planned. Hopefully you’ll see a teaser of your photos, but for now, the name of the game is waiting. A premiere session would be settled for you, to choose which wedding photos you like favorite. In time, you’ll obtain all you’ve ordered. Your wedding photographer would follow up with you to see that everything is satisfactory.
